Price

Financial aspect

Our motto: “Price should not be an obstacle to using the system.”

Why don’t we have a fixed price list?

When the application was created and valued at market value,
the fee for system usage for the end customer reached hundreds of euros per month.
However, the goal of the project was not to develop a system for the privileged and wealthy.

What is the price?

The price consists of billed contributions chosen by the parish based on its financial situation and capabilities.
Currently, most parishes send contributions of several dozen euros per month, allowing us to cover the costs of system maintenance and operation.
We are grateful when some parishes send higher contributions or provide a one-time donation,
which helps us with further development and improvement of the system.
We provide certificates for donations that can be used for tax purposes in the previous year.

How does the payment work?

The amount of contributions is agreed individually during the first meetings about the system, considering the financial situation of the parish.
Payments are made in the form of contributions based on the issued invoice.
The parish can choose the frequency of payments.

What about the contract?

By making the payment for the first invoice, the subscriber agrees to the General Terms and Conditions, thereby establishing a contractual relationship.

The system places a strong emphasis on security – implementation of the latest encryption standards, HTTPS, two-factor authentication, hosting on servers certified with ISO for security, and a sophisticated permission system to determine who can see which records and who cannot.

The system records the entire history of each record: The priest can see what, who, when, and where edited, and has the opportunity to restore the record to its original state.

It is a unified system with consistent terminology across parishes and dioceses. It is possible to generate comparable outputs while maintaining individual outputs and fields for each diocese.

The system is developed in collaboration with The IT Council of the Czech Bishops' Conference (CBK).
